Jervis Bay Territory Emergency Management Ordinance 2015

I, STEVEN DREEZER, General Manager, Local Government, Mainland Territories and Regional Development Australia Branch, Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development in accordance with subsection 31(1) of the Jervis Bay Territory Emergency Management Ordinance 2015, having regard to the possible duration of the emergency, direct that all emergency operations carried out in connection with the fire occurring in the Jervis Bay Territory from 1300 hours on Thursday 14 September 2017 until 1700 hours on Monday 18 September 2017 are emergency operations to which Part 4 of the Jervis Bay Territory Emergency Management Ordinance 2015 applies.
