An Act relating to the Decimal Currency award.

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—

Part VI.—Miscellaneous (Section 38).”.

a )by inserting in the definition of “the decimal currency system”, after the word and letters “Part II.”, the words “of theCurrency Act 1965”; and(
b )by omitting from the definition of “the existing currency system” the words “repealed Acts” and inserting in their stead the words “Coinage Act 1909–1947”.
