an Act pameiibp the Legislature of South Australia to legalize the marriage of a man with the

&er of %is deceased'wife," which you have reeerved for the signification of Her Majesty's pleasure the~eon. You are probtibgy aware that legal roceeding~ are now pending, in which the effea $f such marriages (when solemnized out of the Enited Kingdom) is under consideration.
