au tho r i t y of the same, as follows :—
1. A Cour t of P e t t y Sessions, whenever it shall m a k e an order or decision for t he p a y m e n t of money under	t he provisions of the A c t

t e n t h Victoria n u m b e r ten , or any Ac t a m e n d i n g the same, m a y di rect such money to be paid at such t imes and by such ins ta lmen t s as t h e said Cour t m a y t h i n k t i t ; and in any case in which p a y m e n t by ins ta lments shall have been ordered, execut ion m a y be had for t he whole a m o u n t r ema in ing due u p o n the j u d g m e n t if default shal l be

m a d e in t h e p a y m e n t of any one such ins ta lment .

2. I n any order for the p a y m e n t of money by a garnishee made u n d e r t h e provisions of t he " Smal l Deb t s Recovery A c t " or upon a n appl icat ion a t any t ime made by him, the Cour t m a y direct such p a y m e n t to be made at such t imes and by such ins ta lmen t s as t he said Court m a y t h i n k fit, and if default be math 1 in t h e p a y m e n t of any one such ins ta lment , execut ion may issue for so much of the a m o u n t t hen due by the garnishee as wil l satisfy the j u d g m e n t debt

r emain ing unpa id a t the t i m e of such default .
