An Act further to continue for a l imited t ime an
Act int i tuled " An Act for the relief of Debtors

" in execution for Debts which they are unable to

"pay." [9th June, 1836.]
WHEREAS an Act of the Governor and Council of New South "Wales was passed in the second year of the reign of His present Majesty King William the Fourth intituled " An Act for the
"relief of Debtors in execution for Debts which they are unable to
" pcy " And whereas the said recited Act was revived and continued hy a certain other Act of the said Governor and Council passed in the fifth year of His said Majesty intituled " An Act to revive and continue
"for a limited time an Act of the Governor in Council passed in the " second year of His present Majesty intituled ' An Act for the relief " ' of Debtors in execution for Debts which they are unable to pay' "
And whereas the said first recited Act will expire on the thirty-first day of August one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six and it is expedient to continue the same for a limited period Ee it therefore enacted hy His Excellency the Governor of New South Wales with the advice of the Legislative Council thereof That the said first recited Act passed in the second year of His present Majesty shall be and continue in force for two years from and after the said thirty-first day of August one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six any thing in the said recited Acts to the contrary notwithstanding.
