An Act to revive and continue for a limited time an Act of the Governor in Council passed in the Second Year of the Reign of His present Majesty intituled " An Act for the relief of

WH E R E A S an A c t second year of the re ign of H i s p resen t Majesty in t i tu led

of t h e Governor in Council was passed in t he

" An Act for the relief of Debtors in execution for Debts which they

" are unable to pay" wh ich said A c t was to he and cont inue in force

u n t i l t he first day of M a y one t housand e ight h u n d r e d a n d th i r ty - four and i t is expedient t h a t t he same should he revived and cont inued for a l imited t i m e Be it therefore enacted by the Governor of N e w South Wales w i t h t h e advice of t h e Legis la t ive Counci l thereof That t h e said recited A c t shall by v i r tue of th i s A c t be adjudged deemed a n d t aken to have been in full force and effect from and after t h e said first day of M a y un t i l the pass ing of the present A c t and from thence­ forth shal l be and cont inue in t h e l ike force un t i l t h e thirty-first day

of A u g u s t one thousand eight h u n d r e d and th i r ty-s ix .
