An Ordinance to make perpetual an Act entitled "an Act to facilitate actions a- gainst Persons absent from the Colony, and against Persons sued as Joint Con- tractors.

HEREAS an Act was passed in the sixth year of the reign of Fern

W Her present Majesty, entitled "An Act to facilitate actions -

against persons absent from the colony, and against persons sued in

10th Viet. No. 4. 1847.

Joint Contractors," which said Act is about to expire: and where- as it is expedient that the said Act should be continued ;—Be it therefore enacted, by His Excellency the Governor of Western Aus- tralia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, that the said Act shall be and the same is hereby made perpetual.
