Debt Collectors Licensing Amendment

Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Debt Collectors Licensing Amendment
Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2012.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Debt Collectors Licensing
Regulations 1964.

4.             Regulation 4 replaced

Delete regulation 4 and insert:

4.             Fees

The following fees are payable for the matters
specified —

$

For the issue or renewal of a licence ............	529.00
For the transfer of a licence ..........................	298.00
For a duplicate licence ..................................	32.50
For an inspection of the register kept under
section 12 of the Act .....................................	10.70
