Debt Collectors Licensing Amendment

Regulations 2011

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Debt Collectors Licensing Amendment
Regulations 2011.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2011.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Debt Collectors Licensing
Regulations 1964.

4.             Regulation 4 replaced

Delete regulation 4 and insert:

4.             Fees

The following fees are payable for the matters
specified —

$

For the issue or renewal of a licence ..............	515.00
For the transfer of a licence ............................	290.00
For a duplicate licence ....................................	31.75
For an inspection of the register kept under
section 12 of the Act .......................................	10.50
