Debt Collectors Licensing Amendment

Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

I.           Citation

These regulations are the Debt Collectors Licensing Amendment
Regulations 2007.

12 January 2007.]

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i)     on 1 July 2007; or

(ii)     if these regulations are published in the Gazette on a later day, on that day.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Debt Collectors
Licensing Regulations 1964*.

4. Regulation 4 amended
Regulation 4 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "350" and inserting instead — " 450 ";
(b)	by deleting "200" and inserting instead — " 275 ".
