DEBT COLLECTORS LICENSING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

By His Excellency's Command, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Debt Collectors Licensing

Amendment Regulations 1991.

Regulation 4 amended

2. Regulation 4 of the Debt Collectors Licensing Regulations 1964* is amended by deleting "215.00", "42.00" and "25.00" and substituting respectively the following —

" 225.00 ft a 44.00 "and " 26.00 ".
