MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 8, 13, 15 and 44 of the Debits Tax Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 2002 as the proclaimed day for the purposes of those sections.

Explanatory note
