DEAN RICHARD CIANTAR
v
THE QUEEN
[2016] HCASL 249
A28/2016
The applicant requires an extension of time in order to bring his application for special leave to appeal. To grant an extension would be futile. The application does not raise a question of principle suitable for a grant of special leave, nor are the interests of the administration of justice engaged by the application. Special leave should be refused.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
