v

MINISTER FOR IMMIGRATION, CITIZENSHIP AND MULTICULTURAL AFFAIRS & ANOR
[2023] HCASL 55
M82/2022

  1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a decision of a single judge of the Federal Court of Australia (O'Callaghan J) dismissing an appeal from a decision of Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Judge Egan).

  2. The application consists of two unparticularised grounds of appeal, each of which is without merit. An appeal to this Court would not have any prospects of success. Special leave should be refused.

  3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
