Daylight Saving Regulations 2003

under section 3A of the Daylight Saving Act 1971

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Daylight Saving Regulations 2003.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—South Australian summer time 2003-2004

The period for observance of South Australian summer time for 2003-2004 is the period from 2 am South Australian standard time on 26 October 2003 until 3 am South Australian summer time on 28 March 2004.

Schedule 1—Revocation of Daylight Saving Regulations 2002

The Daylight Saving Regulations 2002 are revoked.
