HIS HONOUR: By consent I allow the appeal. I set aside the	1
appellant in the Magistrates Court at Cloncurry on the 2nd of
sentence of imprisonment for 12 months imposed on the the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 1989, and I

substitute for that sentence a sentence of imprisonment for

six months.

I make no order for costs.
