DAVIES & ANOR
v
LAZER SAFE PTY LTD
[2019] HCASL 302
P25/2019
The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a decision of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Greenwood, White and Burley JJ). The application raises no issue of principle sufficient to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal. Accordingly, special leave to appeal should be refused.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
