An Act to repeal the Darling Harbour Casino Act 1986; and for related

purposes. [Assented to 21 June 1988]

Darling Harbour Casino (Repeal) 1988

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Darling Harbour Casino (Repeal) Act

1988.

Commencement

2.     This Act commences on the date of assent.

Repeal of Act No. 65, 1986 and Act No. 10, 1987

3. The Darling Harbour Casino Act 1986 and the Darling Harbour

Casino (Amendment) Act 1987 are repealed.

Amendment of Darling Harbour Authority Act 1984 No. 103, s. 60
(Disclosure of information)

1. The Darling Harbour Authority Act 1984 is amended by inserting at

the end of section 60 the following subsection:

(2) In this section, a reference to this Act includes a reference to the

Darling Harbour Casino Act 1986.
