I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 12 (2) of the Darling Harbour Authority Act 1984, do, by this

my Proclamation, appoint 15 May 1992 as the day on which section 12 (1) of that Act commences with respect to the land described in the Schedule to this Proclamation.
