I, the Minister for Planning, in pursuance of section 30 of the Darling

Harbour Act 1984, make the development plan set forth hereunder.

Citation

1. This plan may be cited as Darling Harbour Development Plan No.

5.

Object of Plan

2. The object of this plan is to include serviced apartments as a permissible form of development within the Development Area, subject to a permit being obtained.

Land to which plan applies

3. This plan applies to the whole of the land to which Darling Harbour

Development Plan No. 1 applies.

Amendment of Darling Harbour Development Plan No. 1

4. Schedule 1 to Darling Harbour Development Plan No. 1 is amended by inserting after the words “residential buildings;” the words “serviced apartments;”.
