DARLEY
v
DARLEY & ANOR
[2021] HCASL 172
B39/2021
An extension of time is required to enable this application for special leave to appeal to proceed. The appeal foreshadowed by the application raises no question of principle of general importance and, in any event, enjoys insufficient prospects of success to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal. The application should be refused. Consequently, it would be futile to grant the extension of time required to enable the application to proceed.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
