No. IX.

An Act to close a port ion of a cer ta in road a t K i a m a called Darien-street and to vest the same in the adjoining propr ie tor . [31st May, 1875.]

WH E R E A S a portion of a road called Darien-street at Kiama is impracticable and it is expedient that such portion should be closed and the freehold of the lands comprising such portion vested in

Charles Cameron of Kiama the owner of the adjoining lands on both sides of the said road Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—

1. So much of a certain road called Darien-street in the borough of Kiama as lies between the points mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed and all rights-of-way in over or appurtenant to the said road shall be and are hereby absolutely and for ever abolished and extinguished.

2. Prom and after the passing of this Act the lands forming and comprising the said portion of the said road or in or over which the same is formed shall be and the same are hereby vested in and conveyed and assured unto the said Charles Cameron his heirs and assigns for an indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in possession free from all rights-of-way and other rights easements and privileges existing therein or in anywise appurtenant or incident thereto.

Darien-street in the borough of Kiama from Panama-street to a point distant four hundred and thirty-two links southerly from southerr boundary of J. Cowell's (now S. Charles's) eight hundred acres. No. X.
