Amendment Regulations 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Dangerous Goods (Transport) (Road

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2005.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Dangerous
Goods (Transport) (Road and Rail) Regulations 1999*.

4. Regulation 23 amended
The Table to regulation 23.1 is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1 by deleting "245" and inserting instead — " 250 ";
(b)	in items 2 and and inserting " 12 ";

3 by deleting "11.50"

(c) in items 4 and 5 by deleting "114" and inserting " 116 ".
