These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2003.

Amendment Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods
(Transport) (Road and Rail) Amendment Regulations 2003.

2.             Commencement

27 June 2003 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2397

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Dangerous
Goods (Transport) (Road and Rail) Regulations 1999*.

4.             Regulation 23.1 amended

Regulation 23.1 is amended by deleting the Table to the regulation and inserting the following Table instead —
