Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods
(Transport) (Dangerous Goods in Ports) Amendment
Regulations 2003.

2.            Commencement

27 June 2003 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2399

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Dangerous
Goods (Transport) (Dangerous Goods in Ports)
Regulations 2001*.

4.            Regulation 43 amended

Regulation 43(1)(i) is amended by deleting "$250.00" and inserting instead —

" $258 ".
