Dangerous Goods (Transport) (Dangerous

Goods in Ports) Amendment Regulations 2002

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods
(Transport) (Dangerous Goods in Ports) Amendment
Regulations 2002.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Dangerous Goods
(Transport) (Dangerous Goods in Ports) Regulations 2001*.

3. Regulation 44 repealed
Regulation 44 is repealed.
