Dangerous Goods Safety (Storage and Handling

of Non-explosives) Amendment

Regulations 2015

and Handling of Non-explosives) Regulations 2007.

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1. Citation

These regulations are the Dangerous Goods Safety (Storage and
Handling of Non-explosives) Amendment Regulations 2015.

1. Commencement

   These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2015.

1. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Dangerous Goods Safety (Storage

26 June 2015 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2263

4.            Regulation 44A amended

In regulation 44A(4) delete "equal to 10% of the fee." and insert:

of $36.

5. Schedule 5 amended
In Schedule 5 clause 2 in the Table:

(a) in item 1 delete "192" and insert:
