Dangerous Goods Safety (Road and Rail

Transport of Non-explosives) Amendment

Repeal Regulations 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Dangerous Goods Safety (Road and
Rail Transport of Non-explosives) Amendment Repeal
Regulations 2010.

Note:  Under the Interpretation Act 1984 section 41(1)(b), these regulations
come into operation on the day on which they are published in the
Gazette.

2.             Regulations repealed

The Dangerous Goods Safety (Road and Rail Transport of Non-explosives) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2010 are repealed.
