Facilities) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

25 June 2010 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2875

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2010.

3.           Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Dangerous Goods Safety (Major
Hazard Facilities) Regulations 2007.

4.            Schedule 3 clause 1 amended

Delete Schedule 3 clause 1(2)(a), (b), (c) and (d) and insert:

(a)	for a Class A facility — $58 503;
(b)	for a Class B facility — $41 453;
(c)	for a Class C facility — $23 381;
(d)	for a Class D facility — $6 330.
