Dangerous Goods (General) Amendment (Tasmanian Ports Corporation) Regulations 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Dangerous Goods Act 1998 .12 December 2005

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods (General) Amendment (Tasmanian Ports Corporation) Regulations 2005 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 31 December 2005. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Dangerous Goods (General) Regulations 1998 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 82 amended (Notice of incidents) Regulation 82(3) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "a company within the meaning of the Port Companies Act 1997 " and substituting "the Tasmanian Ports Corporation Pty. Ltd. (ACN 114 161 938)".
