Regulations 2000

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the
advice of the Executive Council makes the following
Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 20001
to enable the Authority to issue single occasion
licences for the discharge of aerial shells until

30 September 2000.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 52 of the Dangerous Goods Act 1985.

3. Amendment to regulation 811

In regulation 811(2) of the Dangerous Goods
(Explosives) Regulations 2000—

Dangerous Goods (Explosives) (Amendment) Regulations 2000

(a)

in paragraph (b) for "day; or" substitute "day.";

(b) paragraph (c) is revoked.
