The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Dangerous Goods Act 1984.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on 23 May 1997.

Sale of shopgoods fireworks—exemption period

2.  Regulation 3 of the Dangerous Goods (Exemption) Regulations is amended by omitting from subsection (1) “the commencement of these Regulations” and “10 June 1996” and substituting “23 May 1997” and “9 June 1997” respectively.
