Dangerous Goods (Exemption) Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Dangerous Goods Act 1984.

1. Commencement

   These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

2. Sale of shopgoods fireworks—exemption period

   Regulation 3 of the Dangerous Goods (Exemption) Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) all the words after “it” and substituting “occurs during the period commencing on 22 May 1998 and ending on the expiration of 8 June 1998”.
