Dangerous Goods (Exemption) Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Dangerous Goods Act 1984.

1. Commencement

   These Regulations commence on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

2. Principal Regulations

   In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Dangerous Goods (Exemption) Regulations.

3. Citation

   Regulation 1 of the Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end “1989 ”.

4. Sale of shopgoods fireworks—exemption period

   Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “22 May 1998” and “8 June 1998” and substituting “10 June 1999” and “14 June 1999” respectively.
