DANGEROUS GOODS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1993.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Dangerous Goods Regulations 1992* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 1.3 amended

3. Regulation 1.3 of the principal regulations is amended in the definition of "material

safety data sheet" by deleting "safety data;;" and substituting the following—

" Rnfety data; ".

Regulation 4.31 amended

4. Regulation 4.31 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting after subregula-

tion (6) the following subregulation—

" (7) Subregulation (6) does not apply on and from the commencement of the Dangerous Goods Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1993 until the 30 June 1993. ".
