DANGEROUS GOODS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO.2) 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.      These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1992.

Principal regu1ations

2.      In these regulations the Dangerous Goods Regulations 1992* are referred

to as the principal regulations.

Schedule amended

3.      The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in items 1 and 2 by deleting "199" in each item and substituting

in each case the following —

(b) in item 4 by deleting "99" and substituting the following —
" 95
(c) in item 5 by deleting "8" and substituting the following —
7.50 "; and
(d) by deleting the Table and substituting the following Table —

Difference in fees to be refunded

4.      Where a person has paid a fee specified in Schedule 1 to the principal

regulations, as in force before the commencement of these regulations and as

a result has paid more than the corresponding amount in Schedule 1, as

amended by these regulations, that person is entitled to a refund of the excess
amount.
