DANGEROUS GOODS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995.
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These re lations may be cited as the Dangerous Goocls Amendment
&gulations 1&5.
Principal regulations
2. In these regulations the Dangerous Gauds Regulations 1992* are referred
to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 4.2 amended
3. (1) Regulation 4.2 (3) (e) of the principal regulations is amended by
inserting after "re-sale if' the following -
"
the dangerous goods are stored in an approved manner and if ".
by deleting subparagraph (i) and substituting the following subparagraph - (2) Regulation 4.2 (3) (e) of the principal regulations is fivther amended the storage factor of the dangerous goods so stored does not
exceed -
(A) in the case of Packaging Group I - 1 000 (B) in the case of Packaging Group I1 - 10 000
(C) in the case of Packaging Group 111 - 10 000 (D) in the case of Subclass 2.1 - 1 000;
(E) in the case of Subclass 2.2 - 1 000; and (F) in the case of Subclass 2.3 - 10 000;

(3) Regulation 4.2 (4) of the principal regulations is amended - (a) by inserting after "packaging group" the following - U
