DANGEROUS GOODS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods Amendment

Regulations 1993.

Commencement

2.      These regulations shall come into operation on 1 April 1993.

Regulation 1.3 amended

3.      Regulation 1.3 of the Dangerous Goods Regulations 1992* is amended in the

definition of "Code" by deleting "published in the Australian Government Gazette

No. P15 on 7 April 1987" and substituting the following —

(Fifth Edition) prepared by the Federal Office of Road Safety,

Department of Transport and Communications
