Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

data;

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods Amendment

Regulations 1992.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Dangerous Goods Regulations 1992* are referred

to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 1.3 amended

3.      Regulation 1.3 (1) of the principal regulations is amended in the definition

of "material safety data sheet" by inserting after " Completion of a Material

Safety Data Sheet" " the following —

or any other approved document dealing with material safety

Regulation 4.2 amended

4. Regulation 4.2 of the principal regulations is amended in

subregulation (3) (c) -

(a)	in subparagraph (i) by deleting	"amounts" and substituting
the following -
