DANGEROUS GOODS ACT 1975—ORDER

(Relating to corresponding laws that authorise carriers)

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 11 (3) of the Dangerous Goods Act 1975, do, by this my Order, declare the following laws to be corresponding laws for the purposes of that section:

(a) Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Act 1984 of Queensland;

(b) Dangerous Substances Act 1979 of South Australia;

(c) Dangerous Goods Act 1976 of Tasmania;
(d) Dangerous Goods Act 1985 of Victoria;

(e) Explosives and Dangerous Goods Act 1961 of Western Australia;

( f ) regulations under any of the laws specified in paragraphs (a)-(e).
