DAMPIER PORT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1996

Made by the Dampier Port Authority with the approval of His Excellency the

Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Dampier Port Authority

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Dampier Port Authority Regulations 1985* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Western Australia, Table 4, pp. 57-8.1

Schedule 4 amended

3. (1) Item 1 of Schedule 4 to the principal regulations is amended by

deleting "4.0 cents" and substituting the following —

" 3.6 cents ".

(2) Item 3 (a) of Schedule 4 is amended by deleting "wharf face" and

substituting the following —

" a vessel's overall length ".

Schedule 5 amended

4. Item 1 of Schedule 5 to the principal regulations is amended —

(a) by deleting "2 700.00" and substituting the following —

" 2 800.00 ";

(b)	by deleting "3 085.00"	and substituting the following —
" 3 200.00 "; and
(c)	by deleting "3 243.00"	and substituting the following —
" 3 370.00 ".

Passed by a resolution of the Dampier Port Authority at a meeting of the Authority held on 25th June 1996.

The common seal of the Dampier Port Authority was at the time of the abovementioned
