DAMPIER PORT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by the Dampier Port Authority and approved by His Excellency the

Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Dampier Port Authority

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Dampier Port Authority Regulations 1989* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Schedule 4 repealed and a Schedule substituted

3.     Schedule 4 to the principal regulations is repealed and the following

Schedule is substituted -
