'l'his Act maybe cited as "1.!he ])alby to Cattle Creek Railway JJ.istriat Aat of 1~ 06. " Application 2. Dalby to Cattle Creek Railway District Act. delineated in the Second Schedule to this Act, and known as the Dalby to Cattle Creek Railway, as if such railway were constructed under the said Act, but with the modifica- tions following, that is to say:- (a) Section four of the said Act shall not apply to the said Railway, but the Railway District of the said Railway shall have the boundaries described in the First Schedule to this Act and [Schedule.] shown in the Second Schedule to this Act; (b) For the purposes of' the said Act and this Act, the said Railway shall be deemed to have been completed on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and seven.
