Dairying Industry Research and Promotion

Levy Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, T H E GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting

with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and after taking into consideration, in pursuance of sub-section 13 (3) of the Dairying Industry Research and Promotion Levy Act 1972, recommendations made to the Minister of State for Primary Industry by the Australian Dairy Corporation with respect to rates for the purposes of paragraphs 7 (b) and 11 (b) of that Act after' consultation with the Australian Dairy Farmers' Federation in accordance with sub-section 13 (4) of that Act, hereby make the following Regulations under the Dairying Industry Research and Promotion Levy Act 1972.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 November 1983.

Rate prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 7 (b) of the Act

2 . Regulation 6 of the Dairying Industry Research and Promotion Levy Regulations is amended by omitting "12 cents" and substituting "19 cents".
