Dairying Industry Research and Promotion

Levy Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and after taking into consideration the recommendations made to the Minister of State for Primary Industry by the Australian Dairy Research Committee with respect to rates for the purposes of paragraphs 7 (a) and 11 (a) of the Dairying Industry Research and Promotion Levy Act 1972,being the rates last recommended by the Committee to the Minister, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 November 1985.

Rate prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 7 (a) of the Act

2. Regulation 5 of the Dairying Industry Research and Promotion Levy Regulations is amended by omitting “1 cent” and substituting “1.2 cents”.

Rate prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 11 (a) of the Act

3. Regulation 8 of the Dairying Industry Research and Promotion Levy Regulations is amended by omitting “25 cents” and substituting “30 cents”.
