An Act to extend the period in respect of which Bounty is payable on the Production of Butter, Cheese and certain other Butter Fat Products.

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—

Short title and citation.

1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the Dairying Industry Act 1967.

(2.) The Dairying Industry Act 1962-1966, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Dairying Industry Act 1962-1967.

Specification of bounties.

2. Section 5 of the Dairying Industry Act 1962–1966 is amended by omitting from sub-section (2.) the word “sixty-seven” and inserting in its stead the word “seventy-two”.
