[A ssented to 17 th D ecember , 1957.] E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, B by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lativeAssembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— Short title# 1. (1.) This Act may be cited as The Dairy Products Stabilisation Acts Amendment Act of 1957.” Principal (2.) *“ The Dairy Products Stabilisation Acts, 1933 Act. to 1936,” are in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. 24 G. 5 No. 14 and amending Act.

The Principal Act and this Act may he Collective collectively cited as The Dairy Products Stabilisation tl Acts, 1933 to 1957.” 2. The following section is inserted after sectionNew s- 3a- three of the Principal Act:— “ [3 a .] For the purpose of this Act cheese other when cheese than processed cheese shall be deemed to be manufactured be°manu- when taken from hoops, moulds or forms, and be deemedfactured- to be held in stock from that time until sold or otherwise disposed of. The term “ manufacture ” shall have a corresponding meaning.” 3. Subsection one of section twenty of the Amendment Principal Act is repealed and, in lieu of that repealedof8'20 (1)’ subsection, the following subsection is inserted :— “ (2.) No proceedings shall be taken for an offence information, against this Act (other than under section eighteen *“plamt8’ hereof) except upon the complaint of the secretary of the Board or of any other officer of the Board duly authorised by it in that behalf, either generally or in the particular case.” DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE.
