'" l Products Stabilisation Act of 1933" it iD provided Preamble. that the provisions of such Act shall continue in force for a period of three years from the date of the commencement of such Act: And whereas such Act was, pursuant to subsection wo of section one of the said Act, proclaimed in force :as from the eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four: And whereas it is desirable to continue the operation of the said Act and to repeal the time limitation of its ()perations as set forth in section twenty-five of the said Act above quoted- Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- 1. This Act may be cited as "The Dairy Products Short title Stabilisation Act of 1933 Oontinuation Act of 1936," and : ~~struction. shall be read as one with *" The Dairy Products StabiZ,isation Act of 1933." 2. *" The Dairy Products Stabilisation Act of 1933," .M< :an~ng of as amended from time to time by Orders in Council r~ ~ ~ Clpal made pursuant to such Act, and as in force as so amended at the passing of this Act, is herein referred to as the Principal Act.
