Dairy Products (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Dairy Products (Export Inspection Charge) Collection Act 1982.

Citation

 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dairy Products (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations.

Commencement

 2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1983.

Interpretation

 3. In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Dairy Products (Export Inspection Charge) Act 1982.

Rates of charge

 4. For the purposes of sub-section 6 (1) of the Act, the rate of charge applicable to a class of dairy products specified in column 1 of the Schedule is the rate specified in column 2 of the Schedule opposite to the reference to that class in column 1.
