I, TONY BURKE, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make this Declaration under subclause 94 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Dairy Produce Act 1986.

  1. Name of Declaration

This Declaration is the Dairy Produce (Termination of Dairy Adjustment Levy) Declaration 2009.

  1. Commencement

This Declaration commences on the day it is registered.

  1. Termination of dairy adjustment levy

The seventh day after the day on which this Declaration is registered is the levy termination day for the purposes of clause 94 of Schedule 2 to the Dairy Produce Act 1986.
